My hon. Friend makes an excellent suggestion. My hon. Friend the Member for Edinburgh, North and Leith (Mark Lazarowicz) made a typically thoughtful and wide-ranging speech. In particular, he discussed housing need in his constituency. He pointed out that housing is a devolved matter, and it was disappointing that the right hon. Member for Banff and Buchan (Mr. Salmond) did not take the opportunity to set out the housing policy that— ... I give way to the right hon. Gentleman.
