Proceeding contribution from Lord Adonis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 24 October 2007. It occurred during Question for short debate on Child Protection.
Child Protection
My Lords, I have undertaken to look into it, but the advice that we have been given is that the processes are secure. We do not believe that the concerns that have been raised are valid, but I will look into this further and report back. My time is up, I am afraid. I cannot respond to more points, but I undertake to write to deal with all the points that I have not been able to cover.
