Proceeding contribution from Lord Elton (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 15 November 2007. It occurred during Debate on Conventional Weapons.
Conventional Weapons
My Lords, I am most grateful to your Lordships. I earlier thanked your Lordships for taking part, because it had escaped me that I would have the opportunity to do so formally at the end. I add my thanks to those who have not taken part but who have done us the favour of listening to the arguments, which I hope were persuasive. I beg leave to withdraw the Motion for Papers. Motion for Papers, by leave, withdrawn.
