Department for Transport Data Storage and Use
In both the Iowa and Northern Ireland cases, what assurance can the Secretary of State give that there was not sufficient data on the discs that went missing to allow fraudsters to compile a useful database which they could use to cold-call many thousands of people for scams such as car insurance and the like?
