Proceeding contribution from Lord Davies of Oldham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 15 January 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill [HL].
Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill [HL]
I am grateful to Members of the Committee, but I would like some clarification. The noble Lord, Lord Newby, mentioned Amendment No. 69. I am not sure whether I am required to address that—after all, the burden of his representation very much follows that amendment.
