The final year? I do not have that particular calculation to hand. I shall come back to the hon. Gentleman on the point, if that helps. Before I was interrupted, I was being challenged with the fact that the real increases negotiated by the Conservative Government for the financial perspectives in 1988 and 1994 were 17 and 22 per cent. respectively over the five years of the deals. The right hon. Member for Wokingham said it himself—they are not figures with which he agreed, or of which he is proud. They stand in stark contrast to this Government's deal.
