Proceeding contribution from Nigel Evans (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 31 January 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Reoffending.
Reoffending
If I can catch your eye, Mr. Illsley, I hope to make a short contribution later detailing literacy and drug problems. Does the Minister agree that getting prisoners off drugs is one thing, but ensuring that they cannot access them while there is another? Will he say something about what the Government are doing to ensure drug-free prisons in this country?
