Special Educational Needs (Information) Bill
Does the hon. Lady agree that in addition to the problem of teachers not being trained to teach synthetic phonics, there is a problem of prejudice in the educational establishment, which has existed for a long time? Like those who had a problem with blanket inclusion, there are those who do not accept the need for synthetic phonics and other more formalised methods of teaching.
