European Union (Amendment) Bill
If the hon. Gentleman checks the record, he will see that I did not use the word ““transformation””. I talked about how it would make the system more effective and coherent. I stand by that. We are not talking about transformation, but about incremental improvements, which are contained in this relatively modest treaty.
