Employment Bill [HL]
Good afternoon and welcome to the second day of Committee. As noble Lords know, the rules and regulations state that during Divisions they must act as if they were in the Chamber. If there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, the Committee will adjourn. As soon as the Division Bell rings the Committee will rise and resume after 10 minutes. The noble Lord, Lord Wedderburn, wishes to make a statement.
