moved Amendments Nos. 34 and 35: 34: Clause 7, page 4, line 43, at end insert— ““( ) If the order makes provision different from that recommended by the Committee, the Secretary of State must also publish a statement setting out the reasons for that decision.”” 35: Clause 7, page 4, line 44, leave out ““The statement”” and insert ““A statement under this section”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
