Proceeding contribution from Lord Skelmersdale (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 26 February 2008. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
