Treaty of Lisbon (No. 8)
What is new is the inclusion of the strategic objective of addressing climate change, which we should all welcome. Europe is providing leadership, and its 27 voices are giving the same message to citizens, businesses and our global partners. Europe, this country and the world need to concentrate on five things if we are to deal with the problem. First, now that we have the deal at Bali, we need to agree on a goal.
