Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill
So that I can understand the Minister correctly, I assume from what he said about a staged approach that he will look at an earlier introduction for young people, perhaps from the age of 16 to 17 and then downwards. I am pleased with his comments in response to the amendment, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 98 agreed to.
