moved Amendment No. 107: 107: Schedule 18, page 243, leave out lines 36 to 39 and insert ““a condition that the offender attends at a specified place at specified times, but may not include a condition that the offender pay a financial penalty”” The noble Lord said: I am sorry, but I moved a little too quickly. If Amendment No. 106 could be called again, my colleague will speak.
