Proceeding contribution from Jim Devine (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 11 March 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Nursing & Midwifery Council.
Nursing & Midwifery Council
The hon. Gentleman raises a very interesting point, which I will hopefully return to at the end of my contribution. Allow me to quote the statement from the trade union representative who represented a member of staff at the NMC:"““My enquiry suggests that the organisation is dysfunctional and out of control. It is not just the staff but council members are also being harassed and bullied, contrary to the Nolan principles.””"
