moved Amendment No. 2: 2: Clause 3, page 3, line 44, leave out ““an act or omission of”” and insert ““anything done or omitted to be done by or in relation to”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, these amendments are all of a minor nature and are intended to ensure technical clarity. Amendment No. 2 ensures that Clause 3(3) flows as a grammatical proposition and that its meaning is clear. Amendments Nos. 41, 45, 46, 53, 56, 59, 61 and 62 relate to the exercise of delegated powers and to the commencement of provisions in the Bill in relation to Wales.
