moved Amendments Nos. 34 to 36: 34: Clause 16, page 7, line 30, leave out ““general or specific”” 35: Clause 16, page 7, line 32, at end insert— ““( ) Before giving any guidance or directions under this section the Welsh Ministers must consult— (a) LBRO, and (b) such other persons as the Welsh Ministers consider likely to be affected by the guidance or directions, or persons representative of such persons.”” 36: Clause 16, page 7, line 34, at end insert ““and lay a copy of any such guidance or directions before the National Assembly for Wales”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
