Standards and Privileges
Mr. Deputy Speaker, you have done exactly the right thing in interrupting me and I will conclude with a couple of sentences. The right hon. Member for North-West Hampshire has set out the proposals in the report. We need clear rules, good advice from the House authorities, and public confidence in the outcome. I urge all hon. Members to support the motion.
