Strategic Export Controls
The response to the Committees' report states:"““The Government believes that the embargo should stay in place until the conditions are right for it to be lifted.””" Does the right hon. Gentleman have any idea—because I do not—what the Government mean by"““until the conditions are right””," in the light of the litany that he has just given?
