Proceeding contribution from Eric Joyce (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 2 April 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Scotland Act 1998.
Scotland Act 1998
Need we say more? Perhaps the hon. Gentleman will ask the leader of his party whether he will disassociate himself from Jeff Duncan's comments because, until now, he has been a big fan of his. To answer the hon. Gentleman's question, I am entirely relaxed about an intelligent discussion on the powers of the Scottish Parliament. That is the purpose of the Calman commission and I look forward to seeing its proposals.
