Proceeding contribution from Lord Anderson of Swansea (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 22 April 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on European Union (Amendment) Bill.
European Union (Amendment) Bill
It continues: "““Members of the Commission shall neither seek nor take instructions from any government or from any other body””." That is Article 118, which seems to add substance to the initial article mentioned, Article 219(8).
