European Union (Amendment) Bill
On page 58 of its third report of Session 2007-08, on foreign policy aspects of the Lisbon treaty, the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee states that, "““it is regrettable that the Lisbon Treaty does not state explicitly that the new European Council President may not simultaneously hold any other office””."
