Pensions Bill
With this it will be convenient to discuss amendment No. 38, in clause 3, page 2, line 37, at end insert— ‘(8) The Secretary of State must publish an annual report on the impact of means-tested benefits on automatically enrolled members of the scheme established under section 58. (9) Any report published under subsection (8) shall include details on the number of pensioners facing marginal deduction rates of 40 per cent. and above.’.
