With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 2A, line 23, at end insert— ‘(7A) A statutory instrument containing an order under subsection (2) may not be made unless a draft of it has been laid before and approved by resolution of the House of Commons.’. No. 3A, line 13, leave out subsections (4) to (6). No. 4A, line 24, leave out subsection (8).
