Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill
The hon. Gentleman is absolutely right. That is a very important point. However, I want to establish the fact that it is not an either/or situation. Once the House has established that, we can start to move forward. This afternoon, I have heard a number of claims that so far research using embryonic stem cells has not yielded results.
