The noble Lord is very generous, but can he tell me where in the arrangements of the EGF it is not allowed to operate within the EU? I give the Government’s Answer again—that it will be, "““primarily in support of EU crisis management operations””.—[Official Report, 19/2/07; col. WA 179.]"
