Special Educational Needs (Information) Bill

Does the hon. Gentleman agree that the fact that someone like Scott Quinnell has been able to come out in public, very bravely, and talk about his problems with dyslexia shows that at least we have moved on from the bad old days when there was almost complete denial that it was a real condition and a real problem?
