moved Amendment No. 26: 26: Clause 2, page 2, line 3, at end insert ““or different areas of England”” The noble Baroness said: This amendment provides that, where we talk about meeting the needs of people living in England, we will accept that there are different needs for different parts of the country. I was prompted to table this amendment—although not specifically in this Bill—by having heard my noble friend Lord Greaves talk so often about how life is very different in Pendle compared with London.
