I therefore find it odd that that Clause 322 states that the, "““Act extends to England and Wales””," but perhaps that is a debate for another day. I am grateful for the Minister’s offer to send us more briefing, because what we have been getting has been very helpful, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
