Proceeding contribution from Lord McColl of Dulwich (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 11 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Alcohol Labelling Bill [HL].

Alcohol Labelling Bill [HL]

My Lords, I, too, support the amendment. A fine at level 5 on the standard scale, which is £5,000, is quite appropriate.
