As a general duty is being imposed on institutions, there is all the more reason to include all institutions funded by the state. As I said earlier, it seems appropriate that academies and the like should be included within the duty rather than have a special duty in their funding agreements, and so forth. I have made the point. There is no need to go on about it. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 63 and 64 not moved.] Clause 11 agreed to.
