Education and Skills Bill
I can indeed do that by referring to Clause 14(2), which states: "““A local education authority may request information under subsection (1) only for the purpose of enabling or assisting it to exercise its functions under this Part””." That is the part of the Bill concerning the duty to participate in education and training.
