Criminal Evidence (Witness Anonymity) Bill
I refer the right hon. and learned Gentleman to the interesting report of the right hon. and learned Member for Rushcliffe (Mr. Clarke). The Bill will cover England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Scotland and the Crown dependencies as well in respect of the service courts. We have, by the way, asked the Scottish Administration whether they would like us to include reference in this Bill for them—they are fully entitled to do so—but their current view is that that is not necessary.
