I welcome my right hon. Friend's announcements on small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK, but will he continue to monitor both the specific and the general effects that the announcements today, and his actions in recent weeks, will and have had on the housing industry? Will he undertake to take necessary further action if he deems that it is important to do so?
