It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (Determination of Compensation) Order 2008, Heritable Bank plc (Determination of Compensation) Order 2008, Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme Order 2008.

Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (Determination of Compensation) Order 2008, Heritable Bank plc (Determination of Compensation) Order 2008, Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme Order 2008

My Lords, the House has already debated the compensation orders, and it is clear that there are very different circumstances pertaining to these three institutions—hence the differences in the instructions on valuation for the calculation of compensation. Motion agreed.
