Saving Gateway Accounts Bill
I am grateful to my right hon. Friend for giving way this early in her speech. I very much welcome the Bill. Does she accept that people on carers allowance are often among those on the lowest incomes? Will she extend the saving gateway provisions so that they apply to those people as well?
