Proceeding contribution from Lord Bach (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 16 March 2009. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Parliamentary Constituencies (England) (Amendment) Order 2009.
Parliamentary Constituencies (England) (Amendment) Order 2009
My Lords, it is a fatal amendment, so the statutory instrument would die and the Boundary Commission’s original parliamentary recommendations would stand, at least for the moment.
