I think I said that I was not going to vote on this amendment. Being true to that, I now beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment A1B withdrawn. Division on Amendment A1 called. Division called off after three minutes due to lack of support for the Not Contents when the Question was put a second time. Amendment A1 agreed.
