Legislative Reform
Does the hon. Gentleman agree that there are many small businesses in the UK that still do not have internet access because they do not think that they need it? They might be right, because they know their businesses better than we do. The benefits of internet access are limited for a small one-man plumbing operation, whose business is gathered by word of mouth.
