Proceeding contribution from Charles Walker (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 19 March 2009. It occurred during Legislative debate on Legislative Reform.
Legislative Reform

Let us remember that marriages among insolvency practitioners are being destroyed as they work 15 to 20 hours a day at £700 an hour through the night to deliver a public service both to themselves and to their clients. Mr. Deputy Speaker, you look incredibly bored by this speech, so with that in mind, I shall sit down.
