Proceeding contribution from Hugh Bayley (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 29 April 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on Gurkha Settlement Rights.

Gurkha Settlement Rights

The hon. Gentleman is making a powerful case, but the motion says that""people who are prepared to fight and die for the United Kingdom should be entitled to live in the country"." Does he apply that to all foreign nationals who have served in our armed forces?
