Gurkha Settlement Rights

To go on about the judgment of the Court is to miss the point completely. The judicial review is itself determined by parameters which need to be reviewed. This is a special case. I speak as one who has met the Gurkhas in Staffordshire and who has campaigned on their behalf over a number of years. If the Minister intends to run the argument that this is about judicial review and the judge's interpretation, he is missing the wood for the trees.
