Order. Other Members want to ask questions about the statement. ...Order. The Secretary of State can respond to the hon. Gentleman now. ...Order. The hon. Gentleman must not challenge the Chair. ... The statement has started, and there is a second statement after this one. In the Chamber, we can seem to have plenty of time one minute, but the next minute hon. Members are very cross because they have not been able to get their chance to question the Secretary of State. I am sorry that the hon. Gentleman feels as he does, but that is the position.
