Schedule 5: Minor and consequential amendments Amendment 133 133: Schedule 5, page 59, line 2, at end insert— "( ) In rule 9 (deposit), in paragraph (3), for "rule 6(1)" there is substituted "rule 6(4)". "( ) In rule 14 (publication of statement of persons nominated), in paragraph (2), after "nomination papers" there is inserted "and home address forms"."
