Finance Bill
Order. I hope that the hon. Member for Hammersmith and Fulham (Mr. Hands) will content himself with the satisfaction of knowing his hon. Friend's experience of visiting the pub. The debate on this amendment is not the appropriate place to have a wider debate on the licensed trade, yet that seems to be what we are moving towards. I think that we should move back from it.
