Business Rate Supplements Bill
Amendments 40 and 41 40: Clause 27, page 17, line 27, at end insert— "( ) Sections 3(1)(b), 7(1) and 10(7) do not apply to a BRS that the Greater London Authority proposes to impose, or imposes, in reliance on subsection (4) if the chargeable period of the BRS begins on or before 1 April 2011." 41: Clause 27, page 17, line 28, after "make" insert "other" Amendments 40 and 41 agreed.
