Amendment 72 72: After Clause 35, insert the following new Clause— "Careers’ service review (1) The Secretary of State shall commission a report, to be completed by a person or a body he considers appropriate, on the quality of careers advice and guidance in England and the appropriateness of adopting in England an all-age service as operates in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. (2) The report commissioned in subsection (1) shall be submitted to the Secretary of State. (3) The Secretary of State must lay before Parliament a copy of the report received under subsection (2)."
