There is a problem in our political system. When Governments listen to the concerns that have been expressed to them, respond to them and alter their actions accordingly, they are criticised for inconsistency. I think that it is right in the circumstances that the Government have genuinely listened to the views that have been expressed and responded to them. That is what we are trying to do.
