Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hanham (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 1 July 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Policing and Crime Bill.

Policing and Crime Bill

One of the dangers of this discussion is that the figures vary depending on who you are talking about, the evidence you are reading and where that comes from. No doubt the Minister will come back to us on where he received his information from. It is very likely that I will return to the amendment if Clause 13 returns to us. We may have more discussion on that shortly. Amendment 47 agreed. Amendment 48 not moved.
